Instantaneous trips are short circuit trips, typically 5-10 times (C trips) and 10-15 times (D trips) the rated current trips, overload trips are typically not released within 1.13 times the rated current for 1 hour and released within 1.45 times the rated current for 1 hour. It is a circuit breaker.
Motor distribution generally uses instantaneous trip breakers of 10-15 times rated current (Type D trip) and general distribution uses 5-10 times (Type C trip) circuit breakers.

Circuit breakers are divided into B, C and D types, which refer to the circuit breaker tripping characteristic curve (current - tripping time). b characteristic is suitable for pure resistance loads and reduced lighting circuits, C characteristic is suitable for inductive loads and high inductive lighting circuits, and D characteristic is suitable for high inductive loads and distribution systems with high inrush currents.

2, the plastic case circuit breaker should be installed vertically on the mounting rail, the upper end for the incoming line, the lower end for the outgoing line; handle facing down for disconnection; mounting rail with M5 screws first fixed in the rubber wood plate into a metal plate mouth (wiring plate); wiring plate then installed in the iron frame or wall bracket, for multi-level circuit breakers, should also be left phase single-level plastic case circuit breaker next to the round hole to lead to grounding wire
3, the connection wire shall not be exposed outside the terminal block, the cross-section of the wire must be in line with the rated current of the circuit breaker.
