With residual leakage protection molded case circuit breaker manufacturers: leakage circuit breaker tripping causes

With residual leakage protection molded case circuit breaker manufacturers know that families generally have leakage protection molded case circuit breakers, sometimes do not know why the tripping phenomenon occurs. It's really annoying to find the reason why it trips several times a day. Both leakage caused by normal tripping, but also not leakage caused by the tripping. Why do they trip so often? The main reasons are as follows.

1, poor installation

Each pile wire is not firmly connected and loose for a long time, which will cause the pile hair to be heated and oxidized, burning the outer insulation of the wire, generating sparks and burning smell, causing insufficient line pressure and starting the air switch.

2. Mismatch between leakage switch and load

The actual power consumption of the home is greater than the rated current of the low voltage circuit breaker on the line. Occurs after new or additional high power appliances such as air conditioners and electric water heaters are set up. A suitable air switch must be replaced.

3、Electrical appliance or line leakage, short circuit

If the electrical equipment used is found to be leaking, simply unplug the electrical equipment with the leakage fault and close the low-voltage circuit breaker again to transmit power. If you find that the line is leaking or short-circuited, you must call an electrician to deal with it. After the low-voltage circuit breaker is disconnected, all branches are first disconnected and switched on separately for power transmission. After a circuit is closed, the low voltage circuit breaker cannot be energised because there is a fault in that branch, which should be disconnected and the power supply to the other branches switched off. After detecting the faulty branch problem, repair the power transmission.

4、Power-on voltage is too high

This is very dangerous and generally occurs in three-phase, four-wire powered homes. At this point, look at the line to see if the two lines are charged; second look at the left and right neighbours to see if they have also tripped; measure the incoming voltage with a three multimeter. Never turn off the low-voltage circuit breaker reluctantly. If it is light, the appliance will burn up, if it is heavy, it will cause a fire.

With residual leakage protection molded case circuit breaker manufacturers said that if identified and excluded the above reasons, if the household leakage switch (combination of leakage protector and low-voltage circuit breaker, with overload, short-circuit protection) still can not be connected to the transmission of electricity, you should check the protection of the combined, out of the power pile and the combined voltage, if there is no problem, the components of the combined line if the combined line is also no problem, still can not be combined, should be replaced with a new earth leakage switch.
