What are the precautions for measuring the working condition of the switch manufacturer. 

1、Before using the instrument, please ground the instrument reliably to ensure the safety of the person and the instrument. 

2、Before using the instrument, please check whether the power supply is 220V AC, otherwise the instrument may be damaged. 

3、The instrument works with an internal 220V DC current output, please pay attention to safety. 

4、In the case of using the internal DC power control switch switch, please check the control wiring carefully before testing. Short circuiting is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the internal DC power supply or control contacts.

How to measure the operating state of a switching relay with a voltmeter.

1. The middle connector c of the variable resistor is slowly slid from a to b until the relay is activated. At this point, read out the indication of the voltmeter, i.e. the action relay (pick-up) voltage. 

2. Slowly slide the middle connector c of the variable resistor from b to a until the relay is released. At this point, read the indication of the voltmeter, i.e. the return voltage of the relay. 

3. Divide the return voltage by the operating voltage, i.e. the return factor. The three parameters measured above are the main parameters reflecting the relay.
