With nearly 100 high-end customers at home and abroad to establish a strategic partnership, marketing network throughout the country more than 30 provinces and cities and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions around the world.

The company's products cover: frame type circuit breaker, thermal magnetic type molded case circuit breaker, electronic type molded case circuit breaker, leakage type molded case circuit breaker, PV high voltage molded case circuit breaker, PV DC molded case circuit breaker, intelligent energy measuring molded case circuit breaker, double break point molded case circuit breaker and various parts and components supporting.

Chapter 2: Digital Intelligence, Planning for the Future

According to the company's strategic development needs, the construction of Wuhu production base. From the low-voltage circuit breaker industry, it extends to medical, auto parts, new energy and other fields. The Wuhu campus has a total construction area of more than 100,000m2 and introduces vehicle management system, visitor management system and security prevention system. It realizes the separation of human and vehicle traffic to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the whole park logistics and human flow. We have a 10,000 square meter R&D building that integrates R&D, testing and experiments, and has introduced advanced R&D technologies such as 3D simulation and failure analysis, and established an experimental centre that meets CNAS standards.

【Four cores】

With mould design and processing as the core, slow-walk wire cutting, high-precision EDM, CNC numerical control machine tools, fine engraving machines and other precision processing equipment, we have the ability to design and manufacture precision moulds for stamping, DMC and injection moulding.

Based on the MMS mould management system, the whole life cycle of moulds is controlled. Moulds are intelligently distributed using three-dimensional storage + AGV to supply injection moulding, DMC and stamping workshops.

The APS system is used to implement pull production, and raw materials are discharged by AGV for real-time JIT distribution. The stamping process achieves multi-process forming in one go, and the parts are transferred by unmanned forklift to the heat treatment processing workshop, where they are modulated and transferred to the welding workshop via a building-controlled lift system, where the products are welded by automated welding equipment.

The parts are transferred to the final assembly workshop through rubber box robots to realise automated final assembly. The intelligent factory adopts a custom-developed WMS storage and logistics system and sets up a 5G base station in the park to achieve unified management of storage and logistics.

The company anchored on Industry 4.0 and upgraded to a digital and intelligent industry. We have introduced seven information systems, including PLM, OA and MES. The company has built an integrated platform with full coverage of business management, data analysis for business decision making and intelligent manufacturing to achieve refined management and create an "intelligent" Rui Group.
