The first item on the agenda was a speech by Zhu Mingqin, the director of Information Center. First of all, Mr. Zhu expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their hard work, then, Mr. Zhu summarized the good aspects and the poor aspects of the work done since ERP-U8 was put on line, hoping that the good aspects could be maintained and the poor aspects could be improved and actively leaned towards the good aspects. At the same time, the results of the work since half a year are displayed, visualizing the achievements, so that the employees can see the development and efforts of the company more clearly and distinctly.

Next, Mr. Hou Kang, Director of Personnel and Administration, read out the results of the selection and commended the advanced workers, including 4 first-class and 5 second-class awards, and the senior leaders of the company issued honorary certificates, bonuses and took pictures together, giving full recognition and high praise to their achievements. Due to the limitation of the quota, there are still many employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company, although they cannot be honored here, the company will always remember those who are silent and unsung.
