Injection moulding tool manufacturersThe injection moulded structures are divided into the following categories

Ⅰ. Single-sided injection mold, single-sided mold injection molding, also known as two-plate injection molding, is the simplest type of injection molding mold, which is characterized by a part of the cavity constituting the cavity on the moving mold and another part on the fixed mold, injection mold manufacturer generally applied to vertical or horizontal injection molding machines.

II. Two parting surface injection mold. Two-sided injection molds are taken out from two sides with different solids and production from the casting system, also known as three-plate injection molds. This is compared to single-sided injection molds with the addition of movable intermediate plates, and is commonly used for single-cavity and multi-cavity molds with needle gate feed.

III . Injection mold with movable molded parts. According to the requirements of some special plastic parts, it is necessary to set up movable molding parts on the mold. For example, movable concave mold, convex mold, molding inserts, etc. These are for easy removal of the product when the mold is opened.

IV. Runnerless injection mold. Include hot runner or insulated runner injection molds. They keep the plastic molten between the injection nozzle and the cavity gate by heating and adiabatic runners. The advantage is that after each injection, only the product has to be removed without using the casting system's return material, resulting in a significant increase in labor productivity and facilitating fully automated operation.

In the life we often see, the plastic products and plastic parts we use, see and touch are basically injection molded. Injection molding is a method of producing and manufacturing molding that is closely related to injection molds. In short, without a mold, such plastic products cannot be produced and molded. The most used plastic raw materials are PP, PE, and ABS. It is the main molding technology that uses thermosetting raw materials and plastic molds to make plastic products of various shapes that we need. Injection molding is mainly realized through injection molding machines and molds. What is the general problem of injection molding?

a . Bali

This is the residual material that flows into the gap between the mold and the mold surface and remains on the plastic part during the molding process.

b . Fusing marks

As several strands of materials in the injection molding or extrusion process diverge and converge in the desert, the melt is not completely fused at the interface, resulting in the inability to fuse with each other to become one, which leads to imprinting and affects the appearance quality and mechanical properties of the plastic part.

c . Material shortage

This is due to an incomplete part profile caused by underfilling of the cavity.

d、Surface cloudiness

It is the cracking of a part surface with voids and its resulting breakage. The sudden and complete cracking of a plastic part subjected to a certain load at a specific temperature is called stress cracking; the cracking and rupture of part of a thermoplastic part due to exposure to excessive temperature is called thermal stress cracking.

e . Ripple

Due to the improper flow of glass material in the mold cavity, it will produce annual, injection mold manufacturer spiral or cloudy waveform bumpy defects on the surface of molded products.
