1、Protection function

1.1 Short-circuit protection judges and quickly removes short-circuit faults such as three-phase short-circuit, two-phase short-circuit, three-phase grounded short-circuit, two-phase grounded short-circuit and single-phase grounded short-circuit.

1.2 Overload protection preset overload current fixed value, when the circuit current value exceeds the preset value, according to the predetermined setting alarm or delay cut off the fault. Short circuit protection features: 10In, decoupling time <0.2s.

2、Basic support functions

2.1 Communication interface with HPLC communication function, in line with the requirements of "Q/GDW 11612-2018 Technical Specification for Interconnection and Interoperability of Low-voltage Power Line High-speed Carrier Communication", meeting the technical requirements of "HPLC Technical Application Manual V2.7"; with Bluetooth (BLE2 and above) communication function, communication distance 10m and above, local maintenance function can be realized; with 2-way independent RS485 communication interface, RS485-I with meter reading function, RS485-Ⅱ with on-site maintenance function, can be switched to meter reading function (automatically switch to meter reading function when connected to energy meter).

2.2 Data forwarding supports the concentrator to read through the RS485 energy meter or the built-in cross-pick unit.

2.3 File management has the function of automatic meter search for energy meters, except for the first time on the power, the meter search in other cases does not affect other functions; has the identification function of energy meter type (single-phase, three-phase); has the identification function of energy meter communication protocol; has the identification and reporting function of dismantling and changing energy meters, the identification period is not more than 1 day.

2.4 Minute collection satisfies Jiangsu Province's "Supplementary Technical Requirements for Low-voltage Centralised Meter Reading Terminal (supporting minute data collection)".

2.5 Cross-collection metering

(1) Electricity measurement has the function of measuring forward and reverse active electric energy, combined reactive energy1, combined reactive energy2 and four-quadrant reactive energy; has the function of time-sharing measurement; has the function of measuring split-phase active electric energy.

(2) Demand measurement measures unidirectional or bidirectional maximum demand, time-slotted maximum demand and the date and time of its occurrence; the maximum demand measurement uses the slip method, with a default demand period of 15 min and a slip time of 1 min.

(3) Rates and periods support four rates: peak, peak, flat and valley.

(4) Voltage pass rate statistics has daily and monthly voltage pass statistics function; statistics of voltage monitoring time, voltage pass time, voltage over the upper limit time, voltage over the lower limit time, voltage pass rate, voltage extreme value and occurrence time, voltage minimal value and occurrence time and other data.

(5) Harmonic measurement has the function of measuring the amplitude of the 2nd to 21st harmonic and its proportion; it has the statistical function of the content rate of odd and even harmonics.

(6) Data storage of the last 12 settlement days, the maximum demand and the time of occurrence; storage of the last 62 days of daily freeze data. 2.6 Meter phase identification The actual (based on the distribution line) power supply phase identification function of the energy meter is available.

2.7 Data call and response support the concentrator to read the daily and monthly freeze data and the minute curve data of the energy meter collected by the switch itself through the DL/T698.45 protocol. Each frame of the switch response is independently parsable, and the total length of each frame does not exceed 480 bytes.

2.8 Parameter setting and query Support for the master or concentrator to query and set the switch's data and event active reporting on and off parameters.

2.9 Event call detection and active reporting supports the centralizer or master to query the new event records and monitoring data. Supports the active reporting of new event records and data according to the set new event and data reporting mark.

2.10 Hot-swappable measurement unit The measurement unit can be hot-swapped, and when the hot-swappable unit is replaced, the switch of the measurement switch manufacturer does not have any misoperation; when the measurement unit is not inserted, the switch can operate normally.
