Universal circuit breakers, also known as frame circuit breakers: mechanical switching appliances that can switch on, carry and break current under normal circuit conditions, and also switch on, carry and break current for a certain period of time under specified abnormal circuit conditions. Principle The universal circuit breaker is a three-dimensional arrangement, with contact systems, instantaneous overcurrent decouplers and left and right side plates mounted on insulated plates. The upper part is equipped with an arc extinguishing system and the operating mechanism can be installed in front or on the right side with "on" and "off" indication and manual disconnect button. The upper left side is equipped with a shunt striker and the back side with an undervoltage striker connected to the striker half-shaft. 


The universal circuit breaker has a high speed saturation current transformer or current to voltage converter on the lower busbar. An undervoltage delay device, a thermal relay or a semiconductor release can be installed below.  The DW15-2000, 3200, 4000 and 6300 circuit breakers are arranged in a three-dimensional format. The frame consists of a bottom frame, side plates and crossbeams. Each phase contact system is mounted on the chassis and the interrupter chamber is mounted on the chassis. The operating mechanism is located at the right front of the circuit breaker and is connected to the contact system by means of a spindle. The electric operating mechanism is connected to the mechanism via a square shaft and is mounted on the lower part of the circuit breaker. It is used for energy storage or for direct closing of the circuit breaker. 


The closing of the circuit breaker after energy storage is undertaken by the discharge solenoid. The anti-bounce mechanism is installed above the left panel to prevent the circuit breaker from bouncing during disconnection. Various overcurrent derailleurs are installed underneath the circuit breaker according to different requirements, and under-voltage and shunt derailleurs and electrical operation control sections are installed on the left side, where the under-voltage and shunt derailleurs are connected through the derailleur and amplifier mechanism to reduce the derailleur force of the circuit breaker. The user uses 12 pairs of auxiliary contacts to connect the secondary circuit. The panel is marked with "1", "0" and "energy storage" to indicate the operating position of the circuit breaker and the break-open button is "1 ".  "The DW15-1000 and 1600 circuit breakers are equipped with a front manual operating handle; the DW15-2500 and 4000 are equipped with a manual operating handle for maintenance (both detachable).
