Overview of metal stamping parts mold

High-precision medium-speed mold/progressive mold has longer service life, lower labor production cost, more stable quality and higher precision than engineering mold and simple mold. It can integrate trimming, punching, forming, flanging, tapping, riveting and blanking. We use imported low-speed and high-speed WEDM, EDM, CNC machining center, high-precision grinding machine and other processing equipment to meet the processing requirements of precision molds.


Processing efficiency of low-speed WEDM:

(1) High processing efficiency

Due to the development of NS class high peak current pulse power supply technology and detection, control and anti-interference technology, the processing efficiency of low-speed WEDM is also improving.

(2) Processing efficiency of workpieces with large thickness

When cutting 300 mm thick workpiece, the processing efficiency can reach 170 mm2/min, which is a very significant technical improvement.

(3) Processing efficiency of workpiece with thickness change

It can automatically detect the thickness of the workpiece and automatically adjust the processing parameters to prevent wire breakage, and achieve high processing efficiency in this state.

Mold classification

Ⅱ. Progressive mold: also called continuous mold, the material belt always moves in one direction during the stamping process; A progressive mold is one in which the strip inside the mold moves in two or more directions after being cut off. The automatic feeding continuous mold is used to complete the feeding of the material belt inside the mold. In real life, in order to get the same workpiece, mass production is also required. Then, we need to use the mold. In order to achieve rapid and stable continuous production, continuous mold is generated.
