One of the material advantages of ARM3E products ---- heat shrinkable insulating materials

The nylon materials such as the upper cover of ARM3E are halogen-free VO flame retardant, high and low temperature resistant, aging resistant high-quality plastics, brand: reinforced flame retardant nylon PA66.

The products have longer electrical life and strength, better appearance and higher breaking capacity.

Engineering plastics are resistant to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, aging resistance, good insulation strength, and good dimensional stability of parts to ensure that the product does not degrade performance in complex working environments;

High quality high carbon steel materials, iron base materials of main iron parts (cold rolled steel 10 # steel) , all adopt  A+ materials.

High quality low carbon cold rolled steel is used, and after QPQ salt bath composite treatment, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of metal surface are greatly improved, and the strength, mechanical life and electrical life of parts are improved by more than 10%.

1. We selected the operating mechanism (steel) of AceReare Electric and another brand sample to compare the experimental results

The operating mechanism of AceReare Electric has a hardness of 366.1, while the hardness of the other brand is only 252.6, which cannot even reach our lowest value.  

The mechanical life and electrical life are very important indicators in the national standard of the circuit breaker, and our circuit breaker operating mechanism needs to reach a certain strength and hardness, so that the circuit breaker will not damage the service life of the circuit breaker in the opening and closing process, while the hardness of the other brand is far lower than the national standard.

2. Carburizing test

Surface treatment process, it tests dense compound layer which enhances smoke and abrasion resistance. 

Obvious compound layer was detected from the sample of AceReare Electric, while the other brand showed no data.

The unique formula material is adopted, which has high strength, good arc resistance, strong insulation, high temperature resistance and good flame retardancy.
